Rouse support

For alarm, purchase, accessibility or data questions, email us and include your Rouse version, Android version and phone model. Never send a purchase token, password or payment details.

Before an important alarm

• Open Settings → Will the alarm actually work and resolve every warning.
• Allow notifications, exact alarms and full-screen alarms when Android asks.
• Exclude Rouse from aggressive battery restrictions on your phone.
• Use a second independent alarm for medication, travel or another safety-critical event.

Purchases

Use Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases while signed into the Google Play account that bought Rouse Pro. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Rouse support cannot view card details or cancel a Google Play subscription on your behalf.
